How to turn a technical SEO audit into a 90-day roadmap
A long issue list is not a strategy. Here is the impact-versus-effort model we use to decide what ships first.
A technical audit is useful only when it changes what a team does next. The fastest way to lose momentum is to hand engineering a spreadsheet with two hundred rows and no order.
We score every finding against three things: the number of valuable URLs affected, the likelihood that the fix changes crawl or relevance signals, and the implementation effort. That turns a long audit into a sequence of decisions.
Start with the constraints that block every other improvement. If search engines cannot render a template or discover a money page, content production is just decorating a locked room. Fix access, then relevance, then authority.
